Abstract:ObjectivesBecause angiotensin (Ang) II is an essential vasoconstrictive peptide, we analyzed the impact of its post‐translational modification to pyruvamide–Ang II (Ang P) by pyridoxal‐5′‐phosphate (PLP) on blood pressure.
