Pyro-phototronic effect enhanced broadband photodetection based on CdS nanorod arrays by magnetron sputtering

Abstract: In this work, self-powered photodetectors (PDs) based on RF magnetron sputtering-fabricated CdS nanorod arrays and polished Si substrates were prepared for the first time.
