Abstract: Torrefaction influences the structural and physicochemical properties of biomass, thus further altering its thermal degradation behavior. In this study, the pyrolysis characteristics, reaction kinetics, and thermodynamic parameters of raw and torrefied Chinese fir (CF) were investigated.
