Pyrolysis of boron-containing compositions upon exposure to radiant energy

Abstract: The article describes a method and a design of the experimental setup for determining the mass rate of pyrolysis of boron-containing compositions upon exposure to radiant energy and presents experimental data on the mass rate of pyrolysis of binary mixtures consisting of aluminum dodecaboride and polybutadiene binder SKDM-80 depending on the mass fraction of aluminum dodecaboride in the content and heat flux density.
