Abstract:Various studies have shown that Phencyclidine (1 [1 phenylcyciohexyl] piperidine, PCP, I) and many of its analogues demonstrate pharmacological effects. In this paper effects of some new pyrrole derivatives of, (1 [1 phenylcyclohexyl] pyrrole I, II, and 1 [1 [4 methylphenyl][cyclohexyl]] pyrrole III) on food and water intake in mice were investigated.
