Pyruvate and Metabolic Flexibility: Illuminating a Path Toward Selective Cancer Therapies

Abstract: Dysregulated metabolism is an emerging hallmark of cancer and there is abundant interest in developing therapies to selectively target these aberrant metabolic phenotypes.
