Abstract: This paper presents a Python-driven graphical user interface (GUI) explicitly crafted for benchmarking the electromagnetic transient (EMT) models of inverter-based resources (IBRs) across Matlab/Simulink and PSCAD/EMTDC platforms through impedance measurement techniques.
