Abstract: SUMMARYThe Q transcription factor plays important roles in improving multiple wheat domestication traits such as spike architecture, threshability and rachis fragility. However, whether and how it regulates abiotic stress adaptation remain unclear. We found that the transcriptional expression of Q can be induced by NaCl and abscisic acid treatments.
