Q-uestioning the Diagnosis: An Educational Case Report

Abstract: Rationale: Q fever is a zoonotic infection that may lead to acute or long-term renal injury. Given its rare incidence, Q fever is not often considered on the initial differential diagnosis for glomerular disease which can lead to delays in treatment.
