qDRIP: Quantitative differential RNA:DNA hybrid immunoprecipitation sequencing

Abstract: R-loops are dynamic, co-transcriptional nucleic acid structures that facilitate physiological processes and cause DNA damage in certain contexts. Perturbations of transcription or R-loop resolution are expected to change their genomic distribution.
