“…The PQSI was used to differentiate between individuals with poor or good sleep quality by measuring seven aspects: subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep duration, habitual sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, use of sleep medication, and daytime dysfunction over the past month [14].
