Quad‐ and sext‐band bandpass filter based on multimode resonator utilizing SIRs‐loaded tapered‐line

Abstract: On a basis of multimode resonator (MMR) using SIRs‐loaded tapered‐line (SIRTL),novel quad‐ and sext‐band bandpass filter are investigated and fabricated. Due to some merits like existing accurate analytical technique, simplicity in construction and excellent matching behavior, parabolic tapered‐line are selected as the building block of MMR.
