Abstract:Acromioclavicular (AC) joint injuries require surgical intervention in select cases. Fixation methods have varied from open to arthroscopic. However, most of the methods described have utilized hardware such as hook plates, adjustable suspensory devices, or screws. We describe an all suture arthroscopic-assisted reconstruction that uses only sutures tapes with no other hardware.
