Qualidade pós-colheita de quiabo submetido a diferentes lâminas de água salina

Abstract: O objetivo do presente trabalho foi avaliar a qualidade durante o armazenamento dos frutos do quiabeiro (Abelmoschus esculentus), colhidos em plantas irrigadas com águas de diferentes níveis de salinidades.  Para isto, Foram coletados quiabos com o padrão de comercialização e levados imediatamente para o Laboratório de pós-colheita da UFERSA para armazenar.
