Die DIN 2304 konkretisiert seit 2016 die ISO 9001 für den "speziellen Prozess" Kleben. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Anwender-Norm, die für alle Branchen -in Industrie und Handwerk -und alle Klebungen gilt, deren Hauptfunktion in der Übertragung mechanischer Lasten liegt. Als zentrale Punkte eines qualitätsgerechten und robusten Klebprozesses gibt die Norm eine Einteilung der Klebung nach der Sicherheitsanforderung, nach den Qualifikationsstufen des ausführenden und des Klebaufsichtspersonals und nach der Nachweisführung vor. Die DIN 2304 gilt allerdings nicht für Klebverbindungen, deren Herstellung bereits durch anerkannte und bewährte Regelwerke, bestehende Zulassungen oder andere Normen geregelt wird. Application of DIN 2304 in glass construction.Since 2016, the DIN 2304 has been specifying the ISO 9001 in terms of the "special process" of adhesive bonding. This user standard applies to all sectors in industry and trade and in general to all bonded joints whose main function is the transmission of mechanical loads. The standard classifies the requirements for safety, qualification of the executing and supervising employees as well as the verification procedure as central points of a qualityappropriate and robust bonding process. However, the DIN 2304 does not apply to bonded joints which are already regulated by recognized and proven regulations, existing approvals or other standards.
