RETRACTED: Qualitative indicators of meat productivity of Zaanen goats when using the probiotic bacillus Amyloliquefaciens VKPM V-11475

Abstract

The goats of the experimental group from the age of 2 months received, in addition to the basic diet, the probiotic Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens VKPM B-11475 at a dose of 4×107 CFU/g 30 minutes before feeding, 1 capsule per head once a day for two months. The experimental goats had 1.5% more moisture in their muscle mass, 9.0% more protein (p≤0.05), 32.7% less fat (p≤0.001), and the amount of phosphorus and magnesium was 0.04 and 0.07% higher relative to the control data. In terms of the content of essential amino acids in meat, experimental animals are superior to control ones: lysine is 1.3 times higher (p≤0.001), threonine is 1.2 times higher (p≤0.01), valine is 1.1 times higher (p≤0.05), methionine is 1.2 times higher (p≤0.01) and tryptophan is 1.2 times higher (p≤0.01). The number of interchangeable amino acids in experimental animals was higher: aspartic acid 1.6 times (p≤0.001), alanine 1.3 times (p≤0.01), glutamic acid 1.14 times (p≤0.001); arginine 1.5 times (p≤0.001); histidine 1.4 times (p≤0.001) relative to the control data. The mass of the paired carcass of experimental goats at 8 months of age was higher than 19% (p≤0.01), the slaughter yield was 8% higher (p≤0.05) compared with similar data from control animals.
