Mengusulkan perancangan (blueprint) sistem informasi pembangunan rumah untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang sering terjadi ketika pelanggan memiliki kriteria yang berbeda-beda dalam membangun sebuah rumah yang telah diidamkan sejak lama, kemudian menyingung permasalahan budget yang sering mengalami kelebihan biaya dibandingkan perencanaan keuangan pembanguan diawal atau sering disebut dengan overbudget. Sehingga setiap orang harus mengeluarkan biaya yang lebih dibandingkan anggaran pembangunan rumah diawal. Selain itu juga banyak terjadi pembangunan yang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan diawal, sering terjadinya bentuk rumah yang tidak sesuai dengan rancangan awal. Ukuran bangunan yang lebih kecil dari perkiraan, hasil yang tidak memuaskan seperti dinding yang retak, pemasangan keramik yang miring, lantai yang kotor dan tidak dapat dibersihkan dan lainnya. hal itu terjadi dikarenakan tidak adanya mentoring yang baik dan pelanggan yang membuat rumah tidak dapat melihat sejauh mana progres dari rumah yang dibangun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SDLC(System Development Life Cycle). Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya fitur custome design sehingga sesuai dengan kriteria pelanggan, pembatasan akses setelah dilakukan pemesanan dan kesepakatan transaksi. Serta terdapatnya fitur progress yang berisi rincian laporan progress dari pembangunan rumah yang dapat dilihat pelanggan.hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah rancangan atau blueprint sistem informasi yang diharapkan mampu memudahkan pelanggan sesuai kriteria rumahnya, meminimalisir overbudget dan menjamin kulitas layanan dan hasil akhir pembangunan rumah

Nowadays, we can observe a growing interest in passive buildings due to global climate change, environmental concerns, and growing energy costs. However, developing a passive building is associated with meeting many Passive House requirements, which results in their increased complexity as well as many challenges and risks which could threaten the successful completion of the project. Risk management is a key tool enabling meeting today’s challenging passive house project’s demands connected with quality, costs, deadlines, and legal issues. In this paper, a new model of risk management dedicated for passive buildings based is proposed, in which a novel Fuzzy Fault Tree integrated with risk response matrix was developed. We proposed 171 risk remediation strategies for all 16 recognized risks in passive buildings projects. We show how to apply the proposed model in practice on one passive building example. Thanks to applying the proposed risk management model an effective reduction of the risks of the basic event is enabled, leading to a significant reduction of the top event risk. The proposed model is useful for architects, installation designers, contractors, and owners who are willing to develop attainable and successful passive buildings projects that benefit all stakeholders.

This paper concerns an important and current problem of taking Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in the specific market conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. CSR activities, aimed at combating COVID-19, contribute to creating favorable conditions for the sustainable development of enterprises and the entire society. In this work, analysis of the survey results, interviews with the initiatives’ beneficiaries, and brainstorm sessions with CSR specialists and companies’ employees allowed us to identify risk and opportunity categories, factors, and develop scales for their probability and consequences assessment. Survey results revealed that socially responsible actions are important in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic, and social expectations, in this regard, are growing. Two-parametric risk/opportunity matrix was used to calculate risk/opportunity level. The aim of this work is to present a new model of risk and opportunity assessment dedicated to organizations carrying out of CSR ventures in the pandemic era. The proposed risk and opportunity assessment model is an effective tool to identify the CSR initiative advantages and drawbacks, as well as a starting point for managing them, to maximize chances and minimize threats. Three examples of practical applications of the proposed model confirm that it can be successfully used in practice. The developed model is based on universal assumptions and criteria, so that it can be used in any country struggling with the pandemic.
