Aiming at the uncertainty of decision-making factors and the difficulty of quantifying various subjective and objective weights in the process of rural pension service quality evaluation, this paper proposes a rural pension service quality evaluation method combining improved interval AHP and CRITIC method based on indicator correlation at the level of rural revitalization strategy. The method is based on 5 guidelines and 11 common factors, comprehensively considers the influence of subjective and objective weights on the design scheme, introduces the interval number and triangular fuzzy number, and establishes the evaluation index system of rural elderly service. By utilizing the improved interval AHP and CRITIC method, the subjective and objective weights of each evaluation index can be calculated. The analysis is done by combining examples to explore the ecological niche of the senior care industry, the rural suitability for elderly people, and their expectations and perceptions of the service. From the market ecological niche, it can be seen that the result of the senior care manufacturing industry measure is 0.85, which contributes the most to the rural economy in rural revitalization. The travel, ecological landscape, living services, and socio-economic environment in rural areas are improved under the rural revitalization strategy, and the weighted scores of the four are 0.5528, 1.1524, 1.299, and 0.6031, respectively. According to the comprehensive results, the rural revitalization strategy has resulted in a noticeable increase in the rural aged-care industry and services.

Knowledge Structure and Evolution of Elderly Care Services: A Visualized Analysis

The irreversible global aging trend brings a rapid growth in demand for elderly care services, which also promotes the rapid development of relevant research, but there lacks a holistic review on it. This paper aims to conduct an analysis to reveal research hotspots and future directions with a visual display. The "Web of Science Core Collection" database is searched, and CiteSpace software is used to sort out the characteristics of related research and draw a scientific map of keywords clustering. Elderly care services research has obtained continuous attention for a long time and rapidly developed since 2017. Based on the keywords clustering, focuses of the research can be divided into five categories, namely care goals, basic pension models, innovation and provision of elderly services, as well as the demands of special elderly groups. It can be seen from keywords with strong burst that research frontiers contain care goal, endowment service institutions, frailty of the elderly, work of supply entities, and service for the aged in China. This paper proposes three directions for future research, including a multidimensional dynamic measurement of elders' demands, the interaction between elders' behavioral characteristics and services for them, and an integrated pension model combine actual contexts and novel technologies.

As a crucial paradigm for addressing urbanization-related problems, smart community construction is in full swing, and its goal is to enhance residents’ sense of gain. Prior studies have not been able to account for all aspects of smart community construction, especially the evaluation tools from the perspective of residents’ sense of gain. Therefore, this paper seeks to establish a comprehensive evaluation framework for residents’ sense of gain in the smart community through the integrated method, which includes the entropy weight method (EWM), the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE), and the obstacle degree model (ODM). For the purpose of verifying the feasibility of the evaluation framework, 31 smart communities in 6 Chinese cities (Shenzhen City, Putian City, Huizhou City, Dongguan City, Zhengzhou City, and Luoyang City) were selected. The results indicated that the weight of “Cultural activities for the elderly” indicator is the highest while the “Overall design” indicator is the lowest. In addition, Putian City had the best performance, but Shenzhen City ranked last among the six cities. Moreover, among the 31 communities, the Fengshan community in Putian City performed the best while the Xinglong community in Luoyang City performed the worst. Several suggestions are proposed to improve residents’ sense of gain in smart communities, such as enhancing the quality of healthcare services, meeting the needs of the elderly through multiple channels, and enriching business services. This study not only innovates the evaluation method of smart community construction from the perspective of residents’ sense of gain but also provides suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of the smart community and enabling residents to feel more satisfied.
