Quality of 3d Printed Surface Based on Selected Post Processor

Abstract: Unconventional machining methods, or also progressive machining methods, such as laser cutting, waterjet cutting, ultrasound machining, etc. are undergoing a very rapid development. Laser cutting machines often evaluate even 80 parameters in real time. Their advantage is the significantly higher productivity. Many values are defined by the machine manufacturer and can not be changed for a given laser. For custom laser cutting there are 2 essential parameters, adjustable depending on the process gas employed. T… Show more

“…Although the goal of various institutions is currently to reduce the amount of plastics on Earth, each of us should be involved in reducing the use of plastics. In our rapidly evolving times, new products manufacturing needs to observe the principles of the lowest possible product development lead time and the lowest possible production costs [3], [4], [5]. In this respect, the 3D printing technology, which is the subject of a number of studies by the authors such as Gibson et al [6] and also Zhang et al [7], takes the center stage.…”

“…An example is the cooperation of robotics with other branches of technology focused on research in order to achieve desired results, and to ensure the functionality of designs created. [8], [9] These designs are having the form of various methods of material transfer and application, additive component production [10], use of simulation software in project design, as well as the method of controlling components, sensors, readers, lasers, etc. [10], [11] Zhang X. et al [12] proposed a 3D printing system using multiple mobile robots to 3D print a concrete structure.…”
