“…Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) is a posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens, and it has been proven to be safe, effective, predictable, and reversible for the correction of myopia and myopic astigmatism. [1][2][3] ICL implantation, as an essential component of refractive surgeries, has recently gained popularity among patients unsuitable for corneal refractive surgeries. 4,5 Since the ICL haptic footplates are placed in the ciliary sulcus, fully recognizing the anatomic structures of the ciliary sulcus, especially the ciliary sulcus-to-sulcus (STS) diameter, would be beneficial for calculating an ICL's proper size and power accurately, improving ICL rotational stability, and minimize the incidence of postoperative complications.…”
