Abstract:Background: Live kidney donation is used to treat end-stage renal disease, but it poses risks and decisionmaking challenges for donors. This study examines kidney donors' long-term quality of life (QOL).Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional survey on kidney donors between 1982 and 2018.
