Quality of life in patients with hypoparathyroidism receiving standard treatment: an updated systematic review

Abstract: Purpose Hypoparathyroidism is defined by hypocalcemia with inappropriately normal or low parathyroid hormone levels. The current standard treatment consists of lifelong calcium and/ or vitamin D supplementation.
