Abstract:Epilepsy is the second most common neurological disorder which affects 70 million individuals worldwide. The study assesses the quality of sleep, fatigue and adherence to antiepileptic medications among patients with epilepsy (PWE). A quantitative descriptive correlation study design was adopted.
