Quantifying Perfusion Properties with DCE-MRI Using a Dictionary Matching Approach

Abstract: perfusion properties can be estimated from pharmacokinetic models applied to Dce-MRi data using curve fitting algorithms; however, these suffer from drawbacks including the local minimum problem and substantial computational time.
