Abstract:Ultra performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) were used to target quantitative determination anthocyanins and flavonoids in the fresh leaves (purple and green) of Eleutherococcus senticosus. The results showed that the content of total anthocyanins was 99.68 μg/g (Fresh Weight, FW ) in purple leaves and 29.12 μg/g in green leaves.
