Abstract:A novel heart‐cutting two dimensional liquid chromatography method had been developed to analyze two cembranoids tobacco leaf. The reversed phase liquid chromatography column was employed for separation. Then target elution was cut to the trap column by on‐line dilution from the compensate pump.
