Quantitative measurement of hepatitis B virus DNA in different areas of hepatic lobules in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Abstract: Liver histology in chronic hepatitis B is marked by inflammatory infiltration involving the peripheral zones. The cause of such cellular infiltration remains unknown.
