Quantitative structural analysis, phase transition and relaxor nature of Bi0.5Li0.5TiO3 ceramic prepared by mechanical alloying

Abstract: Bi 0.5 Li 0.5 TiO 3 (LBT) ceramics was prepared by mechanochemical synthesis and sintered at 600°C. Quantitative structural analysis was carried out and various structural parameters are presented here along with Rietveld refinement data.
