Quantitative Study on the Dynamic Mechanism of Smart Low-Carbon City Development in China

Abstract: Abstract:With the development of new generation technology and the low-carbon economy, the smart low-carbon city has become one of the academic hotspots. Many studies on it have begun; however, the dynamic mechanism is rarely involved.
