Quantitative super-resolution imaging of platelet degranulation reveals differential release of VWF and VWF propeptide from alpha-granules

Abstract: Background:Platelet alpha-granules contain Von Willebrand factor (VWF), which is stored in eccentric alpha-granule nanodomains, and VWF propeptide (VWFpp).
