Quantum Dot Phase Transition Simulation with Hybrid Quantum Annealing via Metropolis-Adjusted Stochastic Gradient Langevin Dynamics

Abstract: We report a hybrid quantum-classical simulation approach for simulating the optical phase transition observed experimentally in the ultrahigh-density type-II InAs quantum dot array.
