Quantum Wire with Triangle Cross Section: Optical Properties

Abstract: In the present work, the optical properties of a GaAs quantum wire with equilateral triangle cross section are studied. For this purpose, we use analytical expressions for optical properties obtained by the compact-density matrix formalism.
