Abstract: Contamination by pollutants in freshwater ecosystem has been identified extensively in river, sediments, and freshwater biota. Pollutants may have incorporated into the sediments and accumulated in tissue of aquatic organisms which persist as difficult to degrade matter in upper trophic level.
