Radical resection of a craniopharyngioma via the extradural anterior temporal approach with zygomatic arch osteotomy

Abstract: Background:Though the extradural anterior temporal approach (EDATA) with zygomatic osteotomy is useful, there are only few reports of this approach being used for craniopharyngioma resection.
