Radical surgery and postoperative radiotherapy in patients with advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx

Abstract: Background: The aim of this study is to analyze the results of radical surgery followed by postoperative radiotherapy in patients with advanced laryngeal cancer. Methods: Seventy-seven patients with advanced laryngeal cancer were treated with postoperative radiotherapy following total laryngectomy with or without neck dissection.
