Radio-Ulnar Pronation vs Forearm Extension: Which the Best to Reach the Maximal Badminton Racket Velocity?

Abstract: Aim. Forearm extension and radio-ulnar pronation are two common components of the final movement during each badminton smash stroke. By coordinating the forearm to produce both extension and pronation at the same time, racket head velocity can be increased.
