Abstract:Cardiovascular syphilis has a variety of localizations and signs including an aortic aneurysm. Syphilitic aneurysms are most commonly localized in the ascending aorta, less in the aortic arch and descending aorta. Multiple aneurysms of syphilitic etiology are rare.
