Abstract: This prospective single-arm clinical study aimed to radiographically and histomorphometrically evaluate the efficacy of the lateral approach for sinus floor elevation (LSFE) using biomimetic octacalcium phosphate (OCP) synthetic bone graft (Bontree®).
