Abstract: Category: Bunion Introduction/Purpose: The Lapidus procedure is becoming more popular in the surgical correction of hallux valgus deformities. Bunion correction surgeries in general demonstrate good patient outcomes, however the recurrence rates are variable and are a concern for patient morbidity.
