Abstract: A avaliação do paciente com câncer de pulmão envolve a detecção de aumento linfonodal mediastinal, invasão das estruturas mediastinais e também a determinação de metástases extratorácicas. Este artigo revisa a maioria das técnicas de imagem mais utilizadas no processo de estadiamento do câncer pulmonar broncogênico.
