Abstract: Panel A: A lower extremities radiograph showing bending femora and tibiae by pathological fractures and remodeling. Bone trabeculae are irregular, primitive and fibrillar with poor differentiation between the cortical and medullary zones. Metaphyses of these bones are frayed and expanded.
