Radiomics to Predict Nodal Status in Male Breast Cancer

Abstract: I disease, 28,729 (88%) received AC and only 3,876 (12%) received NAC. Complete response (ypT0/isN0) (pCR) was achieved in 7,302 of 30,527 patients (24%). Crude death rate was significantly different in AC, NAC-pCR and NAC-non-pCR: 12.7%, 5.5% and 26.9% respectively (p < 0.01). Overall, NAC non-pCR was significantly associated with worse OS.
