Raltitrexed combined with bevacizumab in heavily pretreated metastatic colorectal cancer

Abstract: No standard chemotherapy regimen has been established for metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) after progression on 5-fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan. Here, we report the combination of raltitrexed and bevacizumab as a salvage regimen for the treatment of three heavily pretreated patients with KRAS mutant mCRC.
