Bakso adalah salah satu usaha kuliner khas Malang yang banyak diminati oleh konsumen dan mempunyai potensi banyak pembeli. Akan tetapi pemilik mengalami masalah dalam produksi bakso karena masih menggunakan cara cetak manual menggunakan tangan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kegiatan PkM ini adalah membantu mengembangkan produksi usaha UMKM bakso dengan memperbaiki kualitas proses produksi, manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya jangkau pemasaran mitra yang lebih luas, sehingga pendapatan mitra akan bertambah. Metode yang dilakukan adalah melakukan observasi untuk mengetahui permasalah mitra, menyusun tahapan dan teknik penyelesaian masalah, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Setelah melakukan rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, mitra mendapatkan bantuan alat pencetak bakso, proses pencetakan adonan bakso lebih cepat 35 menit dari sebelumnya, dapat mengelola keuangan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi keuangan, memahami pentingnya hygiene sanitasi produk makanan, serta meningkatkan promosi di media sosial. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mitra menjadi lebih terbantu dengan adanya alat pencetak bakso karena lebih efisien waktu dan lebih higienis, serta dapat membuat laporan keuangan usaha secara otomatis menggunakan aplikasi keuangan.

Aruk rice is a typical food from the Bangka-Belitung Islands Province. Aruk rice is made from fermented cassava to extract and process the flour into granules. Much research has been done on aruk rice made traditionally. One of the main problems in making Aruk rice is that it takes a long time, which is 7–10 days. This affects the production rate of Aruk rice. Adding a starter can overcome the relatively long process of making Aruk rice. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived product quality on satisfaction and the intention to re-consume Aruk rice with the addition of a starter. The research method uses a survey method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Respondents in this study were people who had consumed traditional Aruk rice. Research data were analyzed by SEM-PLS using SmartPLS Software version 4.0. The results showed that directly, perception of product quality had a positive and significant effect on people’s satisfaction when consuming Aruk rice with the addition of an environmentally friendly starter. However, the perception of product quality has a negative and significant effect on the intention to re-consume Aruk rice with the addition of an environmentally friendly starter. People prefer to consume Aruk rice traditionally because they are used to it. Nonetheless, it was observed that satisfaction positively and significantly influenced the intention to re-consume Aruk rice when the environmentally friendly starter was used. Moreover, the perception of product quality indirectly influenced the re-consumption intentions of Aruk ricebby adding the starter. These finding offer an opportunity for Aruk rice makers to enhance the product’s quality to meet consumer desires, potentially increasing consumer intentions to re-consume Aruk rice.

Indonesia is the second most biodiverse country after Brazil in Latin America. However, in the fisheries sector, Indonesia can be called the first richest country. There are approximately 2,000 species of fish found in Indonesian waters. Dumbo catfish (Clarias gariepinus) is one type of freshwater fish that is busy being cultivated by people in Indonesia, especially in the province of East Java, especially in Bangkok Village, Gurah District, Kediri Regency. Problems that often occur in fish farming are feed and complain about the high price of commercial feed so that freshwater fish cultivators can spend about 60-70% of the total cost required for cultivation. After reviewing the problems faced by catfish cultivators, the researchers have a solution for these problems, namely by designing a fish feed printing device with a screw press mechanism with a capacity of 40 kg/hour. In this design process, the method used is the design and development method. Based on the test results from the design of the fish pellet extruder machine with a capacity of 40 kg/hour, it can be concluded with a pellet molding machine with a variety of die (mold) with a diameter of 2 mm and 4 mm, the material is made of iron plate with a thickness of 1.8 mm. For driving the cutting blades using an electric motor with a power of 1.5 and a rotation of 1400 rpm with a rotation of 360º. The cutting knife uses stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8 mm. And the results of the machine test with a printed capacity is 39.83 kg/hour.
