In Indonesia, motorbike repair shops have become a necessity for motorbike riders. The large number of motorcycle repair shops makes it difficult for users to determine the right repair shop according to their needs. Thus, the role of the recommendation system is needed. In order to meet the need for various criteria, a recommendation system for selecting a motorbike repair shop was built using a case study in Gading Serpong. The criteria used are distance, service, speed, price, and comfort of the waiting area. The TOPSIS method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is a multi-criteria method that is computationally efficient and is able to measure the relative performance of various decision alternatives in simple mathematical form. Therefore, this research system was built using the TOPSIS method. The test results in this research show that the TOPSIS method has been implemented correctly. Apart from that, a success test of the recommendation system has been carried out by distributing questionnaires, with a success percentage of 82.24%. The questionnaire results obtained have also been tested using Cronbach Alpha, with a result of 0.81, which means that the questionnaire results obtained can be trusted

Banyak varian kamera yang tersedia di pasaran, jenis kamera memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan disetiap kamera, kamera Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR) yang ditemukan pada tahun 1999 merupakan salah satu jenis kamera yang paling terkenal dikalangan fotografer saat ini karena kualitasnya yang bagus dan jenis kamera ini menggunakan sistem cermin otomatis dan pentaprisma untuk mengarahkan cahaya dari lensa ke viewfinder sehingga menghasilkan gambar yang tajam dan jernih. Memilih kamera DSLR yang sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen memang sulit sebab ketidaktahuan tentang detail dan jenis kamera sehingga membuat konsumen merasa kesulitan dalam proses pemilihan kamera DSLR. Oleh karena itu, penulis telah mengembangkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu dalam pemilihan kamera DSLR menggunakan metode F-AHP untuk memberikan bantuan kepada konsumen kamera yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Penulis menggunakan data uji dari kamera DSLR dan mengolah data tersebut dengan mempertimbangkan tujuh kriteria yang ditentukan oleh para ahli. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode F-AHP. Hasilnya adalah SPK yang memberikan evaluasi pemilihan kamera DSLR. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem bekerja dengan lancar di platform web Microsoft Edge dan Google Chrome.

The development of communication technology allows people to interconnected with each other without being limited by distance, space and time. Smartphone is one of the communication tools that is now widely used by everyone as a communication tool between people. And now many companies offer a variety of smartphone products, but it provides difficulties to everyone in choosing the most suitable smartphone for them. Therefore a recommendation system is needed to overcome these difficulties. In this study a smartphone purchase recommendation system was made based on other user ratings, a smartphone brand that uses the collaborative filtering method. This system can recommend a smartphone brand based on the results of the similarity calculation of the users who later one user will be compared to another user then from the comparison results between users searched for the Similarity value that is closest to 1 which means similar.
