Randomized Controlled Trial of Mindfulness Meditation for Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Abstract: Objective Mindfulness meditation has met increasing interest as a therapeutic strategy for anxiety disorders, but prior studies have been limited by methodological concerns, including a lack of an active comparison group.
