Rank-based Non-dominated Sorting

Abstract: Non-dominated sorting is a computational bo leneck in Pareto-based multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (MOEAs) due to the runtime-intensive comparison operations involved in establishing dominance relationships between solution candidates.
