Rapid deposition of superhydrophilic stalagmite-like protrusions for underwater selective superwettability

Abstract: Hierarchically stalagmite-like tungsten-oxide protrusions on stainless steel mesh exhibited superior selective superwettability toward low surface tension oils under harsh environments.
