Rapid Detection and Typing of Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria by Pyrosequencing

Abstract: Taking Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria (Doidge) Dye, a pathogen with a wide geographical distribution, as a representative, pyrosequencing is shown for the first time to provide characteristic information of plant pathogenic bacteria strain‐specific sequences.
