Rapid determination of some trace metals in several oils and fats

Abstract: RESUMEN Determinación rápida de trazas metálicas en aceites y grasas.Se ha establecido un método analítico rápido mediante espectroscopia de absorción atómica para determinar con rapidez trazas metálicos en algunos aceites y grasas. Las muestras se preparan mediante una técnica extractiva que utiliza ultrasonidos.
